That is well known that cash can make people free. But how to act when one doesn't have money? The one way is to try to get the mortgage loans and college loan.

The both Xistence teams are getting ready for Malaga.
Yesterday we were training on the Millennium field at Paintball Flevoland.
It was a good day of practice and we played a lot of hard games against each other
and against Sabotage who were also practicing on this Malaga layout.
Xistence 2 was playing strong and aggresive, overall we are certain they will bring their A game in the Div1 at Malaga next week!
Coming weekend we will train again on this Malaga layout to prepare ourselfs even more.

Amsterdam Xistence is pleased to announce it's acquisition of English-born superstar Alan Goulding.
After turning lots of heads playing the Millennium Series with his former Belgian team Crossfire, he made the jump to Xistence, further strengthening our SPL squad.
He's a very welcome addition to the team both for his friendly personality off the field, and his not so friendly one on it.
Be sure to check him out on the SPL field this season representing Amsterdam Xistence!

The giant Paintball Supplies X marked the spot for the first Xistence Clinic of the season, still drowsy because of the hour sleep stolen from us due to daylight saving we set up the Xball field without incident.. NOT. Apparently the people responsible for opening the driveway so we could set up the refill station forgot about daylight saving and the driveway remained closed, so we tried it the other, and almost got stuck tire-deep in the muck. Luckily the strong Xistence squad along with the PBXS staff managed to push Squid back out and the driveway got opened in time.

Aside from some late-comers (Yes, daylight saving...), the day was a blast. With a full Xistence roster and the boys from the second squad helping out, we were able to give the attending players a lot of special attention and get to know some new characters. We started off the day with a little warm up to get the blood pumping and then proceeded to stretching in order to get nimble and of course avoid injury. We focused on the basics first: gun handling, snap shooting, sliding, diving, running and gunning and stance. Then we proceeded to split the big group up into smaller teams, each team got a Xistence player to consult with on walking the field and setting up effective Xball strategies.

To see how the attendee's utilized their newly learned tricks, we set up a mock Xball tournament, with their Xistence players as coaches. After some bragging about which team was gonna win we put the boys on the field and let em duke it out. The teams fought their heart out and made us proud by utilizing all that they've learned. We feel confident enough to say that this group of attendees has surpassed everyone at the previous clinics in performance. After the mini tournament was over, no one seemed to care and to our enjoyment, they just kept getting on the field battling it out untill the last paint ran out. We wrapped up the day with the prize ceremony. The group already saw what was up for grabs, a pair of Dye's tried and proven Slider Shorts and last but definitely not least a brand spanking new limited edition camo Dye Rotor! Eyes got bigger and fingers got crossed. Rotterdam BZRK sweeped the prizes for both best newcomer and most improved player. But all in all, everybody went home with a nice experience and some new tips and tricks to wipe out the guys on the other side of the field.

Feb. 27th German Indoor Masters

Amsterdam Xistence takes the trip down to Helmsted again for the much anticipated German Indoor Masters. After a 4 hour drive and some antics, we arrived at the huge indoor paintball hall.. already full of cheery Germans downing a great quantity of of alcoholic beverages. We walked the field and greeted our friends before driving to the hotel and hitting the sack. The Xistence curse was still in full effect as we had the second day of the game. So we had to get up early in the morning again, gearing up like it was Monday and we were heading to work. But as soon as we rubbed the sleep out of our eyes and the excitement of our approaching match started to kick in, the adrenaline started flowing and we were ready for action.

Our first prelim match started off on the wrong foot. After a sloppy breakout and some confusion about the game plan, we quickly found ourselves 1 down. We got together in the pit, slapped each other around and made sure everybody knew what had to be done. We finished the match scoring 3 unanswered points. From here on in it took a while before anybody scored a point against us at all, as the next 3 games also finished in quick 3-0 shutouts. Our last Sunday game however brought us up against our favorite opponents.. recent SPL champions Rammstein Instinct. After the controversy and our eventual win over them at the XPSL, we looked forward to another messy, dirty and most of all hard match with the Instinct boys. After starting the match off with the advantage, we dropped the ball and let the Germans take points that were in our favor. We lost our first and only match for the day.

Sunday started it off sloppy again, we failed to realize we had to change our game plan for too long and lost disappointingly from a much lesser team. We still got through to the finals though. The long wait until the finals didn't do much for our spirits, we were anxious to get back in the action. We had to win at least two out of three to get a spot in the finals. However we were tied to Headrush in points, which made seeding a little tricky. So the officials asked us whether we wanted to play a one on one to decide the ranking. We agreed and sent our big guy in versus their best player. Everybody loves a one on one, so the field was quickly surrounded with chanting Germans and excited onlookers. Game on.... game over. After shooting a barrage of paint at the Johanator, the Headrush guy found his head in the path of a rushing paintball. The crowd went loud and the seeding was set for the finals.

This didn't go as smoothly as we'd like, we lost the first match... losing our shot at first and second place. So we had to battle it out with two other teams to get that spot in the 3rd and 4h match. We rolled over Headrush with ease, we were confident we had the last match in the bag as it was the lowest performing team so far in the finals. We started off way too confident, losing 2 points in a row... it was all up to the last point. We needed exactly 1 point to get through to the finals. Do or die time. Long story short. We won that point... and then some. Winning the match 3-2.

The match for 3rd and 4th place had everything going wrong, we dropped points we should've won. Got penalties for playing on (thanks to the highly motivated refs, who were really showing some hustle there... not) and lost a controversial point that should have been awarded to us. We ended up in 4th place... lower than we deserved.. but still a step up from last year. Expect another big step up next year.

New DYE gear! PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 05 February 2009 12:45

The new DYE arrived!

Xistence is now equiped wirth the new C9 gear.

The new gear consists out of champagne/clear DM9's, I4 masks, rotors and much more.

After playing we were overwhelmed with the easyness of shooting strings of p8nt with our sweet DM9.
These strings were co-produced by the new Rotor hopper which is feedingcrazy fast and is soo easy to maintain and clean due to it's "no screws" design.
Finally the new I4 mask gave us an even bigger viewing angle of the field and because of it's lightweight model it feels like a part of your face, it also made us look good.

We want to thank Jeff from DYE and Arend from Paintballsupplies for this wonderfull package which will help us achieve our goals for this year.
