That is well known that cash can make people free. But how to act when one doesn't have money? The one way is to try to get the mortgage loans and college loan.

NPL (Dutch League) PDF Print E-mail

We played the first leg of the Dutch Paintball League. The new location at PBXS was something to get excited about so we were up bright and early to scope out the layout and prepare ourselves to defend our champion's title. This sunday we only had two matches, conveniently placed 5 hours apart. First up was Blockhut Bulls, a pretty much unknown team from the North. We set up for the match in lackluster manner and paid the price in the first two points. Bottles getting stuck to the fillstation, players losing their shoes in the mud and shaky gameplans allowed the Bulls to come within one point of beating us. After a few kind and heartfelt words from our captain we got our heads together and took three points in a row to take home the win. This was a wake up call, and we woke up to quickly wrap up our last game 3 and 0 against Ferox. We made a note to prepare better for the next leg, but first... Sunny Malaga!

We were back in the Helmstedt indoor in Germany.
Amsterdam Xistence was going to defend the dutch pride for the 5th time in this great indoor event.
This time it was not the traditional xball format but a normal 5 man event. The finals would be decided by a best of 3 match.

Outside hell was freezing over with blizzards and knee-deep snow, but inside it was nice and warm and we were having
fun battling the german teams. After the 11 prelim games we ended up 1st overall, winning ten games and loosing one and
we were ready to enter the finals. In the finals we destroyed 2 more teams including the russions kids that killed us last year.

Last game was against Kansas Killzone, a mix of cpl players who were also winning all their games.
We had a though first point ending up with a one on one, our gunfighter scored that point.
After this we lost 2 points during some serious hardballing and gunfighting.
Tough shit but we were ok with the result. We ended up with the 2nd place.
The first event of the year is a fact, this mixed Xistence team consisting out of X1 and X2 fighters played rocksolid
and we can add another trophy to our collection!

Thank you Rotterdam BZRK for the laughs and support, thank Alex of X2 and Cherinda for podbitching!

Maxs Indoor Masters 2010 2nd place

Millennium Turkey PDF Print E-mail

Sorry, we totally forgot to write something about the Millennium Sarsilmaz Cup in Antalya, Turkey!

We kind of messed up this one, missing Ryan and another player due to serious Illness we only had 4 players on the field.
Nevertheless we were seriously pumped to battle it out against Benfica and Sigur playing all or nothing.
All 4 musketeers played their heart out, especially against the SPL winners in Benfica was a wonderfull hard game.

We still lost both games pretty close but where satisfied with the results knowing that playing with 4 players against these kind of teams is like making it ourself very hard.We missed out on the sunday by 1 point, that did not go down very well, but hey thats paintball...
A bit ashamed we left the last Mill event of the year thinking how to do it better next year.

We will make some changes and increase the number of players to make sure we have enough players available/standby so that we will never have to deal with situations like Turkey anymore. Amsterdam Xistence ended up with a 15th place in the SPL, overall a little dissapointing, we were aiming for a top 10 position.

We will fix some things to realise our goal next year.
Winning the Dutch league isn't enough, we want to dominate the SPL and bash teams.
Our second team Xistence 2 ended up 8th overall in Div1, even missing the Turkish event, but a pretty good score! We already put Dutch paintball on the map, Amsterdam Sabotage helped out by killing in Div1 promoting to the SPL next year.

Xistence is looking forward to rule the SPL together with Sabotage helping each other out and training more often against each other. We are looking forward to next year, shooting the new DYE NT guns, playing hardball on the field.

Damn ! we'r already pumped up! Watch out!   See you then.

NPL Finals PDF Print E-mail

Last sunday, Dutch teams once again stepped on the field at PBSA in Almere to compete in the final leg of the Dutch Xball championship. Amsterdam Xistence needed only little to secure their pretty much guaranteed first place finish. Amsterdam Xistence was already carved in the big plate on display saying "Amsterdam Xistence, Dutch Paintball Champion 2009" Not being the team to slow down and bask in their own glory, Xistence kept the heat on and took down Fearless to maintain their undefeated status. Unfortunately, this was our only match of the day as many teams were MIA on the last leg. Now the Amsterdam Xistence 2 had the ball to fight for second place in a close three-way tie.

Amsterdam Xistence 2 had 3 games to win were they hoping to be in the running for 2nd place. These games had to be won convincingly in order to stay ahead with less points against than the other two teams fighting for the spot. The first match of the day was against Infected, Xistence 2 scored three points in quick succession.. taking in the first win. Next up was Outshine, after a squandered point due to a penalty, the team quickly pulled out another three quick points winning 3-1. The final match of the day had Xistence 2 taking on High Voltage to finish the day undefeated and taking home the 2nd place finish. 3 points later and Xistence ranked first and second in the Dutch championship.

Both squads took pride in the overall teamwork that helped us win, and didn't forget our sponsors and friends in making this great result possible. A special thanks to Dye Precision and Paintball Supplies for making our jobs that much easier. We look forward defending our title next year!

Campaign Cup London PDF Print E-mail

After the non ranked Paris cup we were ready to take on the SPL teams again. I say ready, but that's not totally true.
Due to some injuries and very important school exams we were missing some good players, which left only 5 Xistence gunfighters to battle it out on UK soil. To make things even worse, one player got sick during the trip which would affect the team preformance even more.
Due to some heavy traffic and missing the boat we were at the field pretty late, resulting in a short fieldwalk.

Friday we prepared ourselves for the early game against B4.
This game went smooth, making 1 or 2 kills of the break every time resulting in a 4-1 win.
2nd game was against Sigur, which had a good gameplan countering our guns up gameplan, they killed us with 4-1.
We changed our tactics and prepared ourselves for the next match on saturday against another Russian team; Instinct Gemoss.
They had stopped us earlier in the year and we were determine to have a solid rematch.
Unfortunatly our gameplan had to many holes in it and also the lack of pitcrew and coaches and the sick player we were doomed to fail and got wiped out with 4-0.
Xistence got beaten, but we learn from our mistakes and will come back better faster and stronger in Turkey.
